Your Role - Drive Innovation & Autonomy
As their Lead Engineer, you'll manage the engineering team and drive technology solutions. Collaborate closely with design to deliver their roadmap and take charge of the tech evolution!

- Lead and mentor the engineering team, nurturing their growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver their roadmap.
- Ensure top-notch quality, scalability, and reliability of solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with leadership exposure.
- Ideally, experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
