Located in the heart of London, near Oxford Street operating an exciting new concept focused on providing the ultimate patient experience in a modern, luxury boutique surrounding. We are looking for a dedicated Treatment Co-Ordinator who can help grow our business and be part of our friendly, and supportive team.
Summary of Job role:
- Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires using our CRM platform
- Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
- Seeing patients face to face discussing treatments and finance options available
- Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
- Effective communication with all key business relationships
- Be able to cover receptionist duties when required
- Involved in business development growth strategies
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- 3 years' experience in a high-end sales and customer-focused industry
- Incentivised by hitting key targets
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Motivated to be successful
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Clear DBS check
What do we look for in a Treatment Coordinator?
- Ideally you will have experience as a Treatment Coordinator or have a strong commercial sales background for a customer service-focused employer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Dental: 3 years (preferred)
- sales: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Valid GDC registration (preferred)
