Job Description
The purpose of the RDA's role is to efficiently and professionally assist and facilitate the Doctor with all procedures, enabling the Doctor to provide the highest quality orthodontics for all patients. As a result of your work your goal is to have satisfied patients who complete their treatment plans and refer others as a result of excellent service and high-quality care.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting and seating patients
- Setting up instruments and preparing patients
- Administering x-rays and Itero scans
- Updating health history in Ortho2 Edge
- Assist dentist in braces and Invisalign procedures
- Educating patients on dental health and treatment options, promoting best treatment options to meet practice goals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Outgoing, friendly and excellent communication skills are a must. If you have theatre, acting, debate, teaching, coaching or high end sales skills, this might be the perfect job for you.
- Sales and Customer Service skills are a huge plus
- Current DA license
- Bilingual Chinese or Vietnamese a plus
- 1 year of experience but willing to train the right person!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
