Customer Engagement Demand Planner

At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.
We have an excellent opportunity for an experience Demand Planner to join the team to focus on one of our Major Retail accounts.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Customer Engagement Demand Planner, you will be responsible for reporting data & insights to help the business make informed and detailed decisions.
· This role is accountable for supporting the Supply Chain & Commercial Team(s) with reports and data to make informed and detailed decisions
· Provide another view on data validation for NPD Launches - are assumptions realistic based on store distribution
· Support the Team Manager on seasonal increases, BBQ, Xmas, and higher welfare for in week and short-term purposes
· This role feeds into their manager to support them with information for Demand, Supply and logistics around NPD & EPD volumes and capacities in regards to both product and raw material
· To be an integral business partner in the relationship between customer and 2SFG
· Home based, around Midlands or Yorkshire preferably, 1 day a month in office.
ABOUT YOU:
· Experience working in a similar Demand or Supply Planning role within the food industry
· Experience of working with Major Retailer systems
· Excellent data reporting & insight skills
· Ability to travel to site
