We’re on the lookout for a Customer Experience Manager to join us at The Vet Morden on a full time basis! We’re looking for someone who can lead our team of Customer Experience Co-ordinators in creating a positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for The Pet Vet Morden customers and their pets at every touchpoint; and in doing so, driving excellence in customer service and patient care. There's a real opportunity here to take a proactive role which will have a direct correlation with the revenue of our surgery!
What we’re looking for
We're looking for a customer service superstar with management experience who can lead our team in creating a really positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets.
Our Customer Experience Manager and team of Customer Experience Co-ordinators are often our customers’ first point of contact; the first faces they see when they walk into reception, and the voices down the end of the phone when they ring us. As our new CEM, you’ll be in a great position to empower your team to deliver a fabulous, long-lasting impression!
To truly smash it out of the park in your new role, we'll make sure you receive the very best training. You'll be able to take full advantage of our CPD for veterinary reception teams, provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
We’re looking for someone who can work 40 hours per week with 1:4 weekends.

You'll get to work in our stunning purpose-built, modern veterinary practice with the most fantastic facilities and a team who are all passionate about providing the very best care to all animals, day and night. We are a few minutes walk from a national park trust park which is perfect for a lunchtime walk, or a coffee from one of the little cafes. There is a tram stop and bus within 2 minutes of the practice, and a train station 15 min walk away.
Our colleagues have a broad range of specialities and many of our team are working towards certificates to enhance their clinical skills and the services we’re able to provide. Our Head Vet Sarah has a certificate in Emergency and Critical Care, while Deepa, our Senior Vet, has a certificate in Small Animal Surgery. We have a couple of team members with a keen interest in dentistry. We currently have 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 students and 2 Veterinary Care Assistants. Our lovely Customer Experience team has 3 full time and 3 part time receptionists.
