Job description

Starting salary £21,500 per year with a 4 day week, pension scheme and statutory holiday time. Salary increases to £23,000 per year at the end of the 3 month probationary period.

We are a manufacturing company manufacturing and supplying sustainable surfaces and materials for high-end interiors. We deliver across the UK to a mixture of business and residential addresses with differing access needs. You must be trustworthy, have a positive attitude, and professional manner for this customer facing role.

Experience in a similar production role is highly desirable.

Tasks

• Making deliveries across the UK, including Cornwall and Scotland.
• Loading the van, ensuring that goods are safe and well secured.
• Unloading orders at the destination and helping bring heavy goods into sites or houses.
• Cleaning and maintaining the van.
• Assisting with packaging for goods in / goods out on non-delivery days.
• Other help around the workshop depending on delivery schedule.
• Occasionally staying over a night near a location if required.

Requirements

• Clean full UK driving licence.
• Physically capable.
• Tidy and punctual, offering a high level of customer service.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
