Salary: From £17,722 - £19,601 per annum (actual salary) subject to a progression criteria
Contract: MC Business Support,
Full-Time, Term Time – 40 weeks, Permanent
Hours: 37 per week

About the role
General reception duties, the successful candidate will be organised and have good time management skills.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum Level 2 Administration qualification or equivalent
- Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role, ideally with the public and / or young people.
- Experience of working with sensitive and confidential information and with an understanding of Data Protection requirements
- Excellent word processing skills
- Confident in the use of IT (including Outlook, Word, Excel and other Office 365 systems and the bespoke college information systems)
- Good range of administrative skills and experience of handling internal and external telephone calls.
- Ability to prioritise workload at all times and work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good interpersonal skills with the capacity to accurately communicate information to students, staff, parents, and other College stakeholders.
- Able to work with sensitive and confidential information and occasionally difficult situations using tact and discretion.
