Job description
We are looking for a wizard administrative and people orientated person to support our Joint CEOs (JCEOs) on the journey to further Cardboard Citizens’ ambitions as a dynamic, flexible and forward-thinking social justice charity and theatre company, working with people who have experience of homelessness and poverty. This is an influential role, working directly with the leadership team and the Board to further Cardboard Citizens’ success. You will have the ability to learn about all our inner workings, build great relationships with people, and enjoy being part of a great team of people.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: 1 year contract (subject to 3 month probation) with option to renew
Pension: Cardboard Citizens complies with the employer pension duties concerning pensions auto-enrolment in accordance with Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2008. As a result, you will be automatically enrolled into the designated Stakeholder Pension Scheme. If you do not decide to opt-out of auto-enrolment, you will be required to make pension contributions at the level set out in the relevant legislation and you agree to the Employer deducting such contributions from your salary each month.
Hours: Full Time/ 37.5 hours a week (some weekends and evenings).
Holiday: 25 days plus statutory public holiday’s pro-rata.
Place of work: Cardboard Citizens’ offices, 77A Greenfield Road, London. E1 1EJ. Hybrid working is also an option, we are currently working on average 50% from home.
