We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual, with strong management skills to join our In-House Maintenance Team as a Service Delivery Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to further develop their skillset in a growing, fast-paced environment.
As the Service Delivery Supervisor, you’ll manage the delivery of the In-House Maintenance repairs & voids operational support & administration function. Your job is to ensure that the service is delivered in a timely, cost effective, customer focused and safe manner.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead and motivate the Service Delivery team to provide an overall effective and efficient repairs & voids maintenance service.
- Support in the collection of data to monitor the performance of Midland Heart Trade Operatives, contractors and the materials supply chain.
- Monitor financial controls and help manage the relationships between Midland Heart and contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor team KPIs and weekly statistics to help maintain a high level of service.
Our ideal candidate? You’ll have excellent supervisory and technical ability, with good repairs and voids service knowledge, including experience overseeing the operational and financial processes involved. You’ll also have practical experience applying your knowledge of Measured Term Contracts and schedule of rates. Finally, you will hold an NVQ level 3 in an administrative related discipline or have sufficient practical work experience in a similar role.
