About the role
We are currently looking to recruit an Agile Technical Delivery Manager who is passionate about making a difference in our Savings and Digital transformation delivery stream.
The Agile Technical Delivery Manager operates as a servant leader for the Agile change squads within the Digital Stream at the society while also owning the management and execution of more specific focused projects in parallel. As such, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and should be adept at managing stakeholder expectations around delivery in a rapidly changing landscape.
Our Agile Technical Delivery Manager is expected to use their creativity and experience to act as a thought leader for our Agile change teams, supporting them to mature ways of working while finding progressive ways to incrementally improve at what we do.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experienced in a similar Tech Delivery/Tech Project Management role within a complex digital/software transformation environment.
- Demonstratable experience coordinating cross-functional work within a complex and highly dynamic environment including delivery through 3rd parties.
- The role holder is expected to have delivered multiple technical changes using both agile/iterative and waterfall delivery models. e.g., SCRUM, Kanban.
- Experience of technical release management processes.
