About The Role
Ready to work in an autonomous environment? to have a voice at the table? The Agile Delivery Lead is to enable our software and engineering teams to create, build and deliver experiences that make you smile and have the customer at the heart of each release. The role requires the day to day management of product and technical outputs of several multi-disciplinary product teams, to ensure pace of delivery for wide ranging business initiatives with the primary focus of getting work into production. Supporting product owners in defining discreet scopes of work with a clear aim to deliver on, as well as defining requirements with the BA and teams for new features all whilst providing continuous feedback to the Lead Product Owner.Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Ensure high quality control of team’s outputs through agreed quality goals and metrics Engage the team to manage priority of requests effectively and ensure they have everything they need to succeed. Management of the Dev Ops board for the team with strategic direction from the PO. Creation and management of an Agile delivery plan for the teams which is reviewed regularly with the Lead PO and Senior BA and ladders to overarching project plans. Engagement with stakeholders of work packages and ensure expectations are understood and interpreted into the team. Production of regular sprint progress reports to Tech stakeholders and colleagues and participation in the Sprint Demos. Raise delivery risks and blockers accordingly to POs and PMs. Embrace and evolve our Agile ways of working - use iterative methods and a flexible approach to enable rapid delivery and quality of delivery. Contribute to greater collaboration and alignment between projects/programmes across the Group.A Few Things About You
- Experience in managing agile delivery through multi-disciplinary teams
- Can explain and apply the fundamentals of Agile, DevOps and incremental delivery.
- Adaptable and pragmatic in decision making with an ongoing approach to planning, estimating and managing uncertainty.
- Confident in building collaborative relationships and communicating across all levels of the business both internally and externally.
- Experience in maintaining delivery momentum through solving issues and unblocking problems.
- Fosters a strong team culture and spirit ensuring health of a team.
