Our client is seeking a Delivery Manager on an initial 8-month contract to provide accountability for leading the day-to-day delivery of the "Transforming Service Management" strategic action.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring correct governance and frameworks are place in addition to knowledge sharing to existing employees to ensure success in the effective delivery of this large programme of work.



Responsibilities include:

• Implementing best practices to improve service management
• Build and maintain motivated teams and ensure iterations are met
• Coaching of team members and facilitate continuous improvement
• Application of the most appropriate tools to ensure successful outcomes.
