Job description

Key responsibilities:

• Define Target Operating models

• Scoping and documenting desired business outcomes and capabilities

• Requirement/user story definition

• Use cases and customer/employee journeys

• Process Re-engineering including system configuration requirements

• Report definition, data requirements

• Ideally with Management/Cost accounting and/or Tax reporting project experience

• Ability to work independently and task manage/support other Business analysts when required

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Person Specification:

i.e. Negotiation skills, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.

• Must have experience in a client-facing role

• Must have experience in a multi-vendor environment

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

• Must have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

• Must have strong interpersonal and consultative skills

• Must have strong stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,899.69-£55,656.66 per year
