Delivery Leads at Dojo are responsible for managing effective delivery of work for their tribe or programme.
What you will do:
  • Manage end to end delivery of work within their tribe or programme - including planning, scoping, governance, structure and management of the work
  • Coordinate with other Delivery Leads in Dojo to ensure effective delivery of cross cutting initiatives through effective risk and dependency management
  • Collaborate with the Director of Delivery to continuously optimise and improve delivery ways of working across Dojo
  • Work closely as part of the tribe or programme leadership to define the tribe or programme OKRs and success measures, and responsible for enabling effective delivery of outcomes
  • Run the relevant governance and structure for the tribe or programme, with responsibility for helping solve blockers, resource gaps and other challenges
  • Empowered to make decisions around work sequencing, output quality and coherence of strategy and vision, closely collaborating with the VP of the tribe or programme leader
  • Able to get stuck in and coordinate delivery on the ground to ensure work in moving forward, while also seeing the bigger picture and connecting the dots to ensure we are delivering to the overarching strategy and outcomes of the business
  • Prepare and manage budgets for delivery initiatives (where needed) in-line with company budgeting process
What you will bring:
  • Delivery / Programme management experience - working on large complex initiatives that cut across a Product & Tech organisation
  • Delivery management coordination experience across all functions of an organisation, bringing together all the streams necessary to achieve the business outcomes (beyond Product & Tech)
  • Experience of working within a delivery framework, and working with others to improve the delivery ways of working
  • Experience of working closely with Tribe / Programme / Department level stakeholders, and building strong relationships with CXO level stakeholders
  • Understanding of delivery best practices, with experience coordinating effective delivery
