Established company, looking to recruit Drivers on a self-employed basis. You will be working out of one of their local depots, delivering packages in and around the local area.
If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working on your own, being out on the open road and meeting new people, then we would love to hear from you. Immediate starts available!
Things you will need to apply:
- Have held your Driving Licence for over 12 months
- Have no more than 6 points on your licence
- This is the best bit! No actual experience is required – full training will be provided. (This will include classroom based and on the job training)
- We are seeking reliable, hard-working, and passionate people who can succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift and deliver packages (up to 25 kgs.)
- Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
- Able to clear a basic criminal disclosure
- Eligible to work in the UK
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Load vans and deliver packages, by driving, stepping in and out of the vehicle safely
- Adhere to all safety regulation on the road
- Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
- Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude
