Job description

One Stop Office Shop, a locally owned company experiencing rapid growth, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver/Shopper. We specialize in providing superior customer service, fresh coffee offerings, tea, and other break room provisions to local companies in the greater Vancouver area. Responsibilities:

  • Shop for a large volume of products at local grocery stores
  • Deliver products (coffee, tea, snacks, beverages, etc.) using a company vehicle
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Fulfill stock levels of coffee and related products at customer sites
  • Service and clean coffee and related equipment
  • Lift, carry, and transport large totes of product weighing 20-80 lbs frequently, with or without assistance
  • Perform preventative maintenance on coffee equipment and provide on-site technical support to customers (training provided)
  • Drive a Sprinter vehicle in downtown Vancouver, regardless of weather conditions
  • Utilize basic computer skills for online ordering and email communication
  • Demonstrate general knowledge of Vancouver roads and surrounding areas
  • Maintain strong organization skills and ability to work efficiently with little supervision

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Physically fit and well-groomed
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work quickly and independently
  • Valid driver's license, with a copy of your driver's abstract for review
  • Basic computer skills for online ordering and email communication
  • Knowledge of coffee equipment or appliance repair is an asset

Hours: Sunday-Thursday, hours will vary based on route day, generally 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
