About the role:
As an Administrator, you will work as part of the People & Culture team to provide an effective, professional administrative service to support the department and wider organisation. You'll be an effective communicator with previous experience in an administrative field and proficient in the use of Microsoft programmes
About the department:
The People & Culture department are passionate about the employee experience and have expanded rapidly over the last 18 months. The team are responsible for a range of people centric initiatives and projects and work together to imbed cultural change. Based at our Rhondda campus, the department is made up of:
- Director of People & Culture
- Senior Business Partners
- Colleague Counsellor
- Business Partners
- Administrators
With a number of initiatives planned, its never been a more exciting time to join the team. Occassional travel will be required as part of this role and hybrid model considered subject to application and approval from your line manager.
