Job description
Part time driver required to work 09:15 to 13:45 Mon-Fri from our Head Office branch in Farnham. The job role is to transport goods from our main warehouse to our depot in Croydon and in New Malden (Interbranch Driver). You may be required occasionally to deliver direct to customers. An overview of the job/requirements is below:
- You will need to be punctual, preference will be given to local applicants
- You will need to be fit enough to manually load a range of items (mainly small but can be up to 25KG) securely into your van
- You will be driving a Ford Transit Custom van
- You will safely deliver the goods to the branches and manually unload
- You will collect any interbranch items
- Return will always be back to Farnham branch to unload.
We are a small, friendly family run business specialising in the sale of paints, consumables and equipment to the auto bodyshop, light industrial and wood finishing industries. We are looking for someone who will show enthusiasm and commitment to their important role in the company. Training will be given on the job.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
