We are really excited to announce this new opportunity to join our existing and talented Cotswold Home Delivery driving team.
You will love everything about being a Brand Ambassador for the company and delivering our product to the highest possible standard nationwide.
You will ensure all deliveries reach our customers in the best possible condition and give our customer a second to none customer service experience. Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do is essential.

Job Description
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Delivering to room of choice & package removal at every delivery and assembling when required
- Complete daily defect forms and inspection of your vehicle and report any issues to Management immediately.
- Load your routed orders onto the vehicle according to company specifications.
- You will be provided a set delivery route each day
- Maintain ongoing communication with Transport office
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
- Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
- Cleaning of and day to day vehicle maintenance, ensuring the vehicle is always ready to drive
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer authorisation, ensuring all documentation is submitted in a timely maner
- Take pride and extreme care whilst at customers properties, ensuring all necessary precautions are followed to avoid & prevent damages.
- Communicates with customers by phone to update them of time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival in line with company policy.
- Follows pre-planned route accurately without deviation from set course.
- Informs management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time
- Drive safely and adhere to the UK Domestic Driving Rules
Qualifications, skills and experience
Essential:
Full clean UK driving licence for at least 12 months
Good level of customer service skills
Experience driving larger vans (Luton/Lo Loader etc)
Organised and strong attention to detail and accuracy
Whilst not essential, these would be great too:
QC experience
Home delivery experience
