Job description
We are looking to recruit a delivery driver to join our team. The role is a multi-drop driver, delivering fresh bakery produce to our shops and wholesale customers across Staffordshire, Cheshire, North Wales and the Wirral.
The role is 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday.
Monday to Friday your shifts will be 3:30am - 11:30am and Saturday 02:00am - 10:00am. Contracted to 39 hours per week plus some overtime at x1.25. Rate of pay £11 per hour.
Based from our Craft Bakery in Nantwich, you will be required to:
- Pick your own orders and load your van
- Drive our branded 3.5 tonne vans in a safe and responsible manner
- Provide excellent customer service and deliver the products in a timely and conscientious manner each morning
- Regular cleaning and maintenance of van
- Adhere to Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations
You will need the following:
- Full valid driving licence with at least 2 years driving experience
- The ability to remember routes
- Good communication skills
- Trustworthy nature
- The ability to solve any issues that may arise
