You'll do this by enhancing knowledge, inventing ways of delivering training and passing on your expertise of food preparation.
As a Food Coordinator and Coach you will deliver a market leading customer experience whilst achieving sales, wastage and customer service targets. To assure the end to end ordering process and to support the Section Managers in ensuring that relevant food safety compliance and administrative requirements are achieved.
Job Requirements:
You'll be passionate about service and food, showing desire and drive to continue to learn and develop, in order to better support your team.
Alongside coaching your Partners you'll support your Section Manager by being involved in administrative duties including ordering and ensuring that relevant food safety compliance has been adhered to.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications:
- Food Safety Level 1 (Must complete within the first week).
- Food Safety Level 2 (Must complete within 3 months).
- Previous employment in a catering environment.
- Previous kitchen experience.
- Previous training / coaching experience.
Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
- Food Safety Level 3.
- Customer facing selling or service environment.
- Administration.
- Computer literate.
