Description:
This is a great entry-level position into the automotive industry. The candidate will work directly for the Sales department, while also effectively coordinating between all departments to ensure customer requests are met. The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for providing a dealership-standard experience that is positive and informative for each customer. This candidate will need to be very organized while also having strong communication and time-management skills. Their ability to build and sustain great working and client relationships is crucial for success.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Business Office to determine customer requested installations and get delivery dates.
- Communicate timelines of completion to the Service & Sales departments.
- Follow up with Service & Sales departments to ensure timelines are being met.
- Prepare customer delivery
- Cleaning inside and out
- Placement of accessories purchased by client
- Be prepared to explain the features and benefits of each vehicle to the client
- Ensure every client receives a proper delivery of the vehicle with special emphasis on the technology of the vehicle
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous automotive experience an asset
- Strong knowledge of current technology (iPhone, Bluetooth etc.)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
