Position:
The Delicattessen Manager is responsible for driving sales and operating a busy, fast-paced, enviroment to ensure great customer experience.
The Delicatessen Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front end of the business, as well as the back end and all administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, self-motivated individual who possesses excellent customer service and sales skills.
The Delicatesen Manager will play a key role in making Celino's a successful and profitable business by ensuring that all team members adhere to company standards, policies, procedures and trained to a very high level.
You must have a hands on approach at all times leading by example.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the delicatessen thought the business hours
- Establish daily sales goals and objectives
- Utilising team members strenghts to acheive your goals
- Oversee stock levels, maintain quality standards, schedule production orders to ensure stock levels are maximised
- Ensure all administrative functions are completed effectively and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency while reducing costs
- Coach staff on a regular basis in order to achieve maximum productivity
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment and food saftey
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in person and online
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate with customers via phone, email and online
- A motivator and work coach to toyr evisting team
- Recruitment skills
- An eye for detail
- Identifying food trends to boast sales
- Assist in social media content
- Great knowledge of Italian foods, wines and spirits
- Food preperation qualification and experince in the food industry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,241.00-£38,700.00 per year
