Job description
Santa Cruz Subaru is seeking an experienced Dealership Parts Counter person to provide excellent customer service to technicians and customers.
This is a full time position that works Tuesday through Saturday. Dealership experience preferred.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Promptly assist both retail guests and technicians in a friendly manner to obtain correct parts and accessories
- Answer telephone calls and emails promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the customer’s request
- Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information for invoicing
- Maintain the parts department in a clean and orderly manner
- Stock incoming inventory in the correct bin locations
- Maintain merchandising area to promote sales
- Delivery of parts as needed in Santa Cruz and Santa Clara County
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements for the job:
- Two year automotive parts or one year automotive dealership experience is preferred
- Ability to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow up skills
- Some heavy lifting and bending
- Clean DMV record
