We are currently seeking a Class 1 Driver to join our team in Avonmouth on day shift. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.


You will be working a minimum of 48 hours per week, on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern.

What you will do on a typical day:


  • Deliver stock in roll cages to our customer’s stores across the South West of England and South Wales on a multi-drop basis
  • Carry out pre and after-use vehicle checks
  • Complete all paperwork correctly, accurately and on time
  • Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and complete relevant paperwork in line with company procedures
  • Be compliant with Driver’s hours, Tachograph, Working Time, and Road Traffic Act regulations


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • A valid Class 1 Driving license, CPC and Digi tacho card
  • No more than 3 penalty points on your licence (no TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)
  • Excellent driving skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency
