We have an opportunity for a Dealership Assistant to join our Dartford showroom on a permanent basis.

About you:

You will be someone who loves organising, following up tasks and collaborating with different people to get things done; the one who always has a to-do list!

You have a passion for multi tasking and ensuring the smooth running of plans, meetings, administration tasks and schedules. You will also be a people person, finding it easy to form great working relationships with colleagues in all departments.

About the role and some of the typical responsibilities.

  • 40hrs per week (typically office based)
  • Managing incoming mail, emails and general Dealership correspondence.
  • Managing diaries.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings.
  • Recording meeting minutes and actions.
  • Preparing information for management presentations.
  • Supporting H.R administration.
  • Coordinating training plans.
