Salary – £26,000 per annum + 10% bonus
Hybrid working – Burgh Heath Epsom – 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Retail Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and administration of the Point of Sale (POS) and Contract Management System (CMS) systems to include centre set up/termination and user access
- Loading of Manufacturer Finance Marketing Campaigns, commissions, residual values and vehicle data in POS, Web & Four Square Calculators
- Creation, loading & testing of Dealer Rates & Terms product sheets from pricing load sheets
- Assist with updates to rates & terms in retail POS, Web & Four Square calculator
- Tracking bonus payments on a monthly basis including Head Office calculations where appropriate
- Administration of bonus debit backs, commission / subsidy adjustments and query resolution. Checking / Issuing statements
- Assist with Finance quotations for Dealer Network
- Assisting New Business colleagues with pay-outs
- Software release regression testing for POS & Web calculators
- Checking system related daily monthly SOX reports
Wholesale Responsibilities;
- Monitor and administer wholesale funding stocking facilities
- Administer stock audit reports and action accordingly
- Assist with new centre proposals / documentation
- Administer wholesale funding queues
- Administer and action direct debit rejections
- Administer Retail Concept Rental Programme
- Assist with the administration for new centre proposals / credit line amendments
- Process Current Account and Term loan drawdowns and repayments
- Creation and testing of new wholesale funding plans
- Software release regression testing
General Responsibilities;
- To comply and update department Policies and Procedures
- Responsibility for the self-management of performance against published service standards in terms of response times and other commitments.
- Ensure Dealer Services monthly/quarterly procedures/processes are completed within the agreed timescales
- Responsibility for the team mailboxes and phone lines
- Any other appropriate duties as required by line manager
