Warwick – Hybrid Working
Salary up to £32,000 (dependent on experience) plus 10% bonus
Following an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and diligent Administrator to join our Sales Order Processing team at the Renault Trucks UK & Ireland head office in Warwick.
JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will support our Dealer Network and Fleet Teams with processing orders and delivery of chassis. And handling any associated queries. This is an interesting role, working with a variety of departments, as well as our dealer network and customers, to ensure that we provide an efficient business process.
THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES
This role sits within the busy and fast-paced Sales Order Processing team. This is a great opportunity to work within our small friendly team, we have a supportive and collaborative way of working and are well-placed to support someone new joining the team. There is one other Dealer & Sales Support Executive, 2 Fleet Support Executives and one Registrations Co-Ordinator and we all report into the SOP Logistics & Inventory Manager.
We work with all other departments within the Company both in the UK and France which makes the role varied and interesting.
Our hybrid working model means that you will spend 3 days per week working from our Head Office in Warwick and up to 2 days working from home.
JOB ROLE
- Support the Dealer network with scheduling their orders, chassis amendments and any ordering queries and deliveries
- Allocate and transfer chassis between dealers.
- Administer and provide key order and delivery information to the Dealer Network and Body Builders, ensuring all relevant parties, including internal sales teams, are kept updated
- Support Fleet Sales activities as required
- Liaise with HQ logistics in Lyon
- Front line support for Key Account Managers and co-ordination of pricing input and output for National Fleet
- Ordering and monitoring of the Renault Trucks Demo chassis.
- Investigate and administer dealer chassis claims and damaged vehicles
- Reporting of order intake, sold & unsold inventory, finance reports and pipeline etc
- Issue and create registration documentation ensuring system is kept updated
