
Maintenance Services Technician Glasgow, Scotland
Job description
- Salary: £28,119 per annum
- Additional earning potential through overtime
- 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
- Group personal pension scheme of matched contributions between 5% and 6%
- Van (with option for personal use), tools, uniform, PPE, and fuel card
No two days will be the same, one day you could be carrying out basic building fabric repairs, guttering, doors, windows, and locks, the next you could be working on minor flooring, tiles, signage, and plumbing repairs. We want to embrace your strengths and help you broaden your skills. So, if you want to learn and progress, but don’t have all the of the experience needed, we’ll provide training to help you carry out your job.
From this role you could progress into a Building Fabric Specialist or Team Leader position.

Essential:
- Valid UK driver’s licence
- Building Fabric trade experience
- Building Maintenance experience in a customer facing environment
- Confident using handheld IT for managing workload and documentation
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety
- Experience with a multi-site retail client
- BAFE Fire experience
