An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Modish Furnishing as a customer experience representative. We are a small family-run luxury home furnishings retailer, with a new website and showroom opening soon!
The role
We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable and friendly person who has a passion for interior decor and luxe home furnishings to join our team. You will represent Modish Furnishing in our showroom and offer helpful customer assistance via telephone and email. You will be an expert on our products and able to offer advice and upsell complimenting accessories. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement customer aftercare services and monitor KPIs.
Key requirements
- 2 years retail experience (minimum)
- Experience in customer service roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A polite and positive approach to customer service
- Experience tracking orders and liaising with couriers
- Working on a variety of sales channels
- Self motivated and hardworking
- Strong computer skills including email
- Confident phone manner
- Ability to learn new software to respond to customers and track stock
- Excellent time keeping skills
Additional skills
(Nice to have but training will be provided!)
- Experience using Linnworks
- Experience viewing orders on Shopify
