Are you looking to develop your skillset and gain valuable experience within a Quality focused role?
We are working with a leading manufacturing client based in Telford who are currently looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Inspector on a 12-month fixed term contract. All training will be provided for this position, which will give you the opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience within a new discipline. Once trained you will be responsible for carrying out inspections of goods, ensuring all products are compliant to business regulations and standards.
The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for:
- Carrying out inspections within the production department
- Inspecting goods in and finished products
- Ensuring all products are compliant to standards and specifications
- Highlighting and dealing with any defects found
- Processing rejected stock items
- Assisting with Audits
- Keeping correct and up to date documentation
- Participating in quality related projects
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience within an Office environment or Admin role would be advantageous
- Previous experience within a Warehouse environment would be beneficial
- Computer literate
