About Our Client
Page Group are working in partnership with a global product manufacturer who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager at this time. This role will oversee a team of 8fte managing all b2b customers
Job Description
- Direct management of 8fte across the customer service and order processing
- Management of operational functions including order processing, order fulfilment, dispatch and enquiries
- Delegate workload around customer orders, ensuring accurate input via SAP system
- Create, implement and drive performance metrics to meet customer expectations
- Drive process improvement across the area to drive efficiency and cost
- Work closely with production planning to manage customer expectations around lead times
- Work with internal and 3rd parties to ensure customer orders are delivered on time
- Work closely with internal stakeholders within sales, finance and export
The Successful Applicant
- Experience within a customer service / sales office / internal sales management role
- Background within a manufacturing, supply chain or export business
- Strong people management
- Ability to drive and influence performance
- Strong communication skills

The role offers a salary of £40,000 - £48,000 plus a generous benefits package
