We’re looking for de-kit warehouse operatives to join the waste management and recycling team at our Biggleswade depot.
As a waste management and recycling operative at Co-op, you’ll be part of friendly team – working together to unload our lorries and organise waste for recycling and collection. It’s an active role where you’ll work towards daily targets as you move around the warehouse. - unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
- organise and distribute waste to the correct location in the warehouse
- stack pallets for recycling collections
- work in a team to achieve key targets
- follow all the depot health and safety procedures
- the ability to comfortably perform manual tasks
- good communication skills
- the ability to work within a team environment
