Sentinel Group Security Ltd. are actively recruiting Day Shift Security Officers to join our team!
This is a customer facing role and we are seeking a candidate who is able to work:
· Monday – Friday (possible Saturday)
· 08:45-17:15
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service with the ability to provide excellent levels of customer service to our client at all times.
Key Responsibilities
· Access/Egress control
· Booking in visitors, couriers and deliveries
· CCTV Monitoring
· Report Collation & recording
· Use of radios and other communications on site
Person Specification
· Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self – motivated team player
· Clear, concise and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail
· Computer literate
· SIA front line licence essential
· Ability to work independently with confidence, using own initiative as required
