n opportunity has become vacant for a Day Porter who is customer orientated and focused on going that extra mile in order to create an unforgettable guest experience at this New Opening hotel in Burnley.

40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 says

The Night Porter is responsible for:

• Providing first class 24 hour service to guests
• Ensure that public areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness
• Assisting early morning staff by issuing keys, stores and sorting any equipment
• Room Service
• Ordering newspapers as required and checking any planners which requires ordering materials
• Assist the duty manager in all departments as required
• Provide a smooth and efficient handover, accurately reporting any incidents
• Setting up any events as required
• Making sure the hotel is secure at night once the duty manager leaves
