Bright Light Consultants are a bespoke staffing solutions company, specialising in recruiting: Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers for both temporary and permanent positions.

Bright Light Consultants have an exciting new contract starting with a Residential Home in Harrow. We are looking for experienced, dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Support specialising in Elderly care, Personal Care Learning Disabilities, Mental Health conditions including but not limited to: Dementia, General, Head / Brain Injuries, Learning, Disabilities, Mental Health, Palliative, Physical Disabilities in London & surrounding areas who are available to cover DAY SHIFTS and start immediately, up to £13/hr. Shift duration: 7.5 hours or 14.5-hour shifts. Ongoing and immediate start.

Skills and responsibilities for Healthcare Assistant: + Support Workers

  • Naturally caring approach
  • Washing, feeding, dressing residents
  • Capable of providing personal care
  • Providing entertainment and supporting residents in overall well-being
  • Implementing treatment plans and administering medication or therapeutic care to their patients
  • Observing patients for behavioural changes
  • Supervising and monitoring patients within the facility to ensure their safety
  • Performing comprehensive risk assessments on patients

Requirements for Healthcare Assistant + Support Workers

  • 3 months care experience
  • Have satisfactory references
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE BRIGHT LIGHTS CONSULTANTS ONBOARDING PROCESS

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.25-£16.00 per hour
