Vertu Honda Bikes Stockton are recruiting for a temporary driver for ongoing cover!

Our Drivers play a key role in our success and our standards and expectations are extremely high. At its simplest this role means collecting and delivering motorbikes and parts to our customers. You’ll be busy, constantly on the move between our dealerships and our customers.

The hourly rate for the role is £9.50 per hour working 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.

As part of the Sales and Service team you’ll deliver brilliant care to all of our customers every day. You’ll want to achieve the highest professional standards in the way you drive, your appearance and the way you arrive. This is a customer facing role where you will be delivering motorbikes to people’s homes and collecting them. It will also involve some heavy lifting and moving stock on site.

The role holder will be a confident individual with outstanding personal presentation and a full clean driving licence. You will possess a good working knowledge of local roads and will demonstrate a highly positive attitude together with the ability to remain calm in pressured situations. This role would suit someone who has an interest in motorbikes and who feels confident with heavy lifting. A motorcycle license would be preferred but is not essential.
