Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks, designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. An Associate Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.
- Define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.
- Responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.
Must Have skills:
- 7+ years of Experience as a Solution Architect and/or Technical Lead in Customer Service Technology.
- Good knowledge of GCP CCAI service
- 3+ year Experience in Dialogflow CX
- 3+ year experience in Agent Assist
- Experience designing and implementing conversational bots for various channels (web, voice, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS, etc.)
- Experience in architecting and building AI powered chatbot applications using Dialogflow.
- Sound knowledge of cloud platforms(GCP, AWS or Azure) and Integrate APIs using NodeJS and Python
Required Skills:
- Hands on builder experience, able to learn through building and reduce solution ambiguity through targeted prototype development and testing
- Proficient at collaboration and building trusted relationships with multi-functional teams
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills
- Strong Analytical skills
