POSITION SUMMARY
To create and maintain internal software programs for our business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development and programming. To work with a support team to do computer troubleshooting working with Employee’s over the phone. Install / repair / correct computer trouble, Network problems, and Software issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Code and test programming for in-house software programs • Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need • Conduct end-user training upon completion of software • Balance workday between multiple projects and respond immediately to tech support requests from staff • Implement systems in in-house production environment • Report issues and concerns immediately to IT manager • Troubleshoot system bugs and issues • Must be able to work well with others, and have good phone communication skills. • Must be able to troubleshoot network problems, including wiring software and hardware problems. Wiring will be done at the different parts stores and divisions as needed. Wireless applications are being added to the mix. These will be maintained as well. Software applications will be learned on the job as these pertain to the different OEM dealerships under Worldwide Equipment. This includes router configuration as it pertains to equipment used by the company. • Must troubleshoot PC applications, including hardware and software. Must be able to learn to trouble shoot PC software in regards to the dealerships under the Worldwide Equipment franchise. Software applications will be learned on the job as these pertain to the different dealerships under Worldwide Equipment. • Must be available full time and for travel when necessary to the different parts stores and divisions in order to perform these duties. • Will learn Karmak Fusion’s software Business system applications and how to fix problems that occur. The Fusion software is designed to function many different ways to complete the same task, we have a set practice of how Worldwide completes these operations, which form time to time we will need to relay this to the field. • Most of our time will be spent on the phone troubleshooting problems that come up on a daily basis with PC’s and networking. Must be or become familiar with the different Microsoft Operating Systems used by Worldwide Equipment and how to troubleshoot them.• Will become familiar with telephone systems, wiring and configuring systems used by Worldwide Equipment, Inc. • Will be given other daily duties such as running reports, supporting the Home Office Staff as general needs arise.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED SKILL
• One to two years of training at a vocational school or community college. • A minimum of two years of on-the-job experience. • Analytic ability to diagnose problems and ability to work independently to correct the difficulties. • Valid driver's license required for off-site assignment • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
