JOB SUMMARY:
This is a highly responsible professional position in the Office of Workforce Management’s Planning and Operations business process. The position is responsible for working with customers and coworkers to gather data and write reports, conduct information and data analysis and reporting, and provide management consultation regarding workforce-related data and information utilizing analytical and statistical tools. The position will deal extensively with human resource information stored in the State of Florida’s People First Data Warehouse. Additional duties include but not limited to providing technical support, management of the Department document management system, assigning access and permission to certain systems, and maintenance of the office’s SharePoint pages.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Experience with applying computer operations, procedures, and systems applications.
- Experience with analyzing and interpreting data.
- Experience using SharePoint.
PREFERENCES:
- Experience with using People First Business Objects for Ad Hoc reporting.
- Experience with People First Data Warehouse reporting.
SALARY: $48,140.52 - $50,000.04
