THE ROLE
The Admin Database Support will review, recommend, coordinate and maintain databases and procedures for the administration and maintenance of national policies, programs and services, draft and prepare various documents including briefing materials, resources, presentations and reports associated with national military family services and programs for review and approval, as well as support the review of financial reports, monitor budgets, present findings and make recommendations to management.
The Admin Database Support will coordinate and compile information, research literature, correspondence and documentation for national programs and services, as well as compile data to conduct analysis including but not limited to risk assessments and make recommendations, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College Diploma or certificate in family studies, sociology, social work, adult education or related field.
AND
Several years of experience in family supports or a related field.

- In the delivery of family support services
- In policy and program coordination
- In project coordination
- In budget administration
- In managing databases
- In developing website content
- In data analysis
- In coordinating training sessions, workshops, and taking meeting minutes
- In drafting correspondence, presentations and other documents
- In stakeholder management
- In providing advice on risk
- In developing survey content in the delivery of family support services

- This position has an assigned location and may allow flexible work options such as remote or hybrid work but the employee must be able to report to the assigned work location at their own cost if required. Remote work may be required depending on health and safety considerations.
