Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Architecture to establish and set up Client fund structures and custodial accounts on various JPM systems.
- Analyze and translate existing Client and Administrator data to match JPM standards and workflows.
- Load and reconcile positions and transactions from above onto the JPM systems.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation and methodology differences and update systems accordingly.
- Complete Nav to Nav reconciliations to third party administrator during migration period identifying, investigating and documenting any differences.
- Liaise with Live Trade Capture, Pricing, Data Administration, and Portfolio Accounting groups regarding take-on open issues.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- A Bachelors Degree finance related.
- A minimum of 3 or more years hedge fund or financial services experience.
- Extensive working knowledge of fund administration systems and NAV delivery process.
- Extensive knowledge of hedge fund structures and products including Private Equity, Bank Loans and Swaps.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients both oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills, concern for quality, accuracy and working to deadlines.
- Experience with implementing process improvement methodology and/or demonstrated experience with efficiency improvement.
