Inclusively is partnering with a leading insurance software company to hire a Principal Data Scientist.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement data science strategies and projects to drive business growth and optimization.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native data solutions that enable efficient and scalable data management and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and address critical data-related challenges and opportunities.
- Oversee and guide the work of other data scientists and data analysts on the team.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and modeling to interpret complex data sets and derive insights relevant to the business.
- Manage the end-to-end data science process from data acquisition to model training and testing to deployment.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data models by integrating machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, data security, data privacy, and data ethics.
What You Will Need to Be Successful
- Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely, or from our office
- Your experience should include some or all of the following:Strong background in cloud-native technologies, including cloud computing, distributed computing, data warehousing, and big data processing.
8+ years of experience in data science roles of increasing complexityExtensive experience in developing and deploying scalable machine learning models using Python or other related programming languages.Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, or PyTorch.
