Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager as well as a Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in AdTech to develop the models and algorithms behind Bidease's ML ad campaigns to help customers launch effective ad campaigns and maximize the value of users. Our current system contextually matches content across hundreds of thousands of apps. As a senior data scientist in our team, you will build ML models to optimize conversion rates, bid prices, win rates, and post-install events by leveraging and combining our unique datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of machine learning models used in advertising auctions (RTB) to optimize the cost of installations/purchases in mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performance machine learning systems that can handle large amounts of data in real-time
- Experiment with new machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve ad targeting, bidding, and conversion rates
- Propose and research features, analyzing data, proposing new ways to use data
- Develop and maintain tools for data collection, processing, and analysis to support machine learning models and algorithms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning research and techniques to continually improve the performance and accuracy of our programmatic advertising platform
Qualifications (are flexible to cater to different seniority levels):
- AdTech and OpenRTB experience is a major plus;
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science;
- 3+ years of experience with RDBMS & DWH with SQL knowledge;
- Knowledge of Python DS stack (pandas, numpy, keras, scikit, text-processing);
- Proficient with retrieving data from databases (ClickHouse, Vertica, RedShift);
- Programming experience in Python (Flake8) required;
- Experience deploying effective ML models to production;
- Experience evaluating model performance.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data to identify useful correlations and features that predict user behaviors and interests;Design, develop, and implement new models to predict ad relevance to users;Generate hypotheses and design effective online experiments to continuously iterate and improve ad performance;Work with ML and operations teams to build systems and operational capabilities for implementing models and algorithms;Identify and explore new data sources;Conduct A/B tests
