The difference you’ll make.
- Providing analytical support for the Credit Reference Agency (CRA) CoE control framework, monitor existing controls and their effectiveness, and suggesting new controls as and when required.
- Researching and establishing the root causes of any Data Quality issues identified
- Providing SME Support and training to the Data Quality BAU Team and testers as well as working closely with our SanTech CAIS Support Team in both UK and India
- Becoming a subject matter expert for Credit Reference Agency data provision and quality; be able to commandeer support from business where deeper specialist knowledge is required.
- Ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and understanding of the data that is used with the CRA Outbound Reporting process.
- Taking personal responsibility and accountability to regularly review, challenge and drive own adherence to risk and control processes.
What you’ll bring.
- A clear understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for Credit Reference Agency Reporting. Ensure continuous updating of knowledge and share with business areas.
- An ability to identify key stakeholders and proactively engage them, building positive, collaborative, open relationships for the mutual exchange of information and ideas.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Knowledge of Credit Reference Agencies, who they are and what they do.
- A positive attitude with all who you engage with, both internally and externally
What else you need to know.
We will be conducting all interviews via MS Teams or video-conference where possible.
This role is currently hybrid location (Milton Keynes 2 days per week/home based 3 days per week)
