The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics and Insights who will be passionate about bringing deep data expertise to support Product, Sales, and Marketing initiatives. These initiatives are designed to drive awareness, engagement, and consideration for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and audiences. Data & analytics are key to determining these initiatives are designed and measured effectively.
In this role, you will build data strategies that will identify the target audience, create benchmarks, define KPIs, harness models, measure efficacy, analyze digital behavior, and identify ways to optimize key initiatives across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels. In addition, your responsibilities include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) that can utilize a plethora of datasets to address complex business objectives
- Building data experiments that will allow us to continuously improve results that deliver the most value and impact to the firm
- Providing a stellar experience that delivers transparency, accuracy, and timely insights
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or another quantitative field or equivalent work experience
- Strong working experience with SQL to create, manipulate, and concatenate large datasets
- Working experience with intermediate Python (Pandas) and/or R
- Proven working experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tool
- Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEO & SEM research, a plus
- Understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM), a plus
- Digital marketing analytics and / or financial industry experience, a plus
- Strong storytelling, communication, time management, and ideation skills
- Understanding of data cleansing and hygiene practices plus match and merging principles
- Passion for data analysis and diving deep into a business need
- Ability to collaborate directly with end users to understand business problems while navigating your way through the organization to identify the best problem-solving approach
- Ability to understand business objectives while navigating your way through the data ecosystem to find the best approach
- Desire to facilitate and influence strategy, processes, and prioritization to improve impact
- Natural sense of curiosity that is always seeking creative ways to approach the next big challenge
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to any initiative you lead
The Team
This role is within the B2B2C Digital Analytics Center of Excellence (COE). This team provides an analytical & consultative partnership across all Workplace Investing (WI) solutions by proactively delivering descriptive, prescriptive & predictive analytics that are actionable, along with a steadfast pursuit of optimization to deliver the best experience across all audiences & channels.
