Data Coordinator – 6 Month Internship

About this opportunity
As a Data Coordinator, you will work closely with our Standards and Process team to implement special projects, by working with sites to organize, monitor and complete provincial data entry, and report issues with data collection or data entry.
Take a look inside what you will do each day:
- Compile data from multiple reports and sources into a standard reporting template for Analysis and Dashboards;
- Review data for initial quality and accuracy. Identify gaps in information and/or process to support Data Analyst and Manager, Systems and Data Planning with data maintenance for interdisciplinary programs;
- Work with Interdisciplinary Program Team members, Managers and Clinicians to ensure data is being received in a timely way for reporting. This includes working one-on-one with Team members to ensure data is entered correctly into the system.
- Organize Data to support the Data Analyst to generate insights
- Prepare templates and updating simple presentations each month for the speciality programs
- Ensure the data is submitted to Funders in a timely way following the standards for data submission;
- Advise Systems and Data Planning Manager where there are opportunities for improvement of process and participate in recommendations for data quality initiatives
- Support with adhoc Interdisciplinary Program data requests
