Job description
As a Data Insights Analyst, you’ll be part of the Pricing and Data Insights team. You will be responsible for running and creating reports to support the business with decision making.
The role will report into our Head of Pricing & Data and will be an office-based role.
Depending on experience, this role can attract potential earnings of £26-£33k per annum.

Key duties
- Management of pre-existing reporting suites
- Supporting with ad hoc reports and queries
- Creation of standardised reporting suites
- Present findings to key stakeholders
- Management of data upload processes
- Management of CRM resources
- Liaise with varying levels within the organisation
- Identify, suggest and implement changes to processes as needed
Key skills and attributes
- Ability to gather and collate data from various data sources
- Ability to interpret and present the data effectively to varying stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel with ability to create advanced formulas
- Competent in SQL, PowerBI and PowerQuery
- Logical and process driven
- Expert problem solver
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS and CRM systems
- Python and/or VBA (desirable)
- DAX and M-Query (desirable)
Qualifications/ Experience
Minimum of one of the below:
- 2 years’ experience in an analytical role
- Graduate, having achieved a minimum of a 2nd class degree in a relevant subject area
Package and benefits
Full-time working hours are flexible between 8am and 6pm and totalling 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
