We have several exciting opportunities for Data Input Administrators to join our busy team on a full time, permanent basis. This role requires the successful candidates to work their shifts from our Glasgow Office.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
What you'll be doing:
- Inputting data and handling documentation received from clients
- Answering queries from customers, gathering information from colleagues and/or the medical team to ensure an outcome
- Small amount of outbound telephony activity
- Acting as main point of contact in order to provide support to our client contacts
- Providing regular reports and other management information to key staff as required
- Arranging assessments for a multidisciplinary Team inclusive of Nurses, Counsellors and Physiotherapists to assist with attendance for onsite days
- Handling confidential information on a daily basis
- Following company service standards to escalate any complaints received into Customer Services
Induction & Training:

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Experience of working within a Health and Wellbeing space would be advantageous, as would an understanding of how day to day tasks play a part in the overall customer/client experience
- Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Can build rapport quickly and easily with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Packages
- Strong team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
