Fabricator/ Welder
Basic Pay £13.83 - £15.98
Overtime £18.91 - £27.16
We run various shift patterns ranging from
Early shift (6.00 - 15.30) Monday – Thursday
Back shift (15.00 -12.30am) Monday – Thursday
Day shift (7.00 -17.00) Monday – Thursday
Night shift (19.00 - 4.30) Monday – Thursday
Weekend shift (6.00 – 18.00) Friday - Sunday
Shift Premium is an additional £2.99 per hour for Back shift/ Night shift and Weekend shift
Shift Premium is an additional 0.94p per hour for Early shift
PRE- ENTRY QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
General Fabricator / Welder experience required. Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not mandatory. MIG, TIG and/or Apprentice or similar training as a Welder. Training will be given in house.
DUTIES
- To prepare and assemble metal components for welding
- Using hand and machine tools cut, drill, linish and bend stainless steel components
- Assembly of finished parts
- Welding of metal fabricated items using MIG, TIG and MMA
- Use of oxy-acetylene for cutting/burning
